Well, last night, while waiting for sleep to hit me… I decided I desperately need to get back in shape. I’m recovered from my gallbladder surgery so I can get back to my weight loss goals.
I decided to try the program Couch to 5K. I might not be able to do it as quickly as some, since I SUCK at running, but it would be nice to accomplish running a 5k. Heck, even running a mile would be a huge accomplishment for me. Well, jogging, not running.
I figure its something I can do while we are moving and visiting family, staying hotels. My diet is not going to that great, so maybe I won’t gain 10 lbs if I keep some sort of exercise routine. I figure when we get settled into our new home in Hawaii, I’m going to start fresh and go back to South Beach.. and not so much JUNK.
Wish me luck, I’m going to need it.
